Q: How do I start working out with Romans Fitness?

call 301-996-3301. After we touch base with you, we will meet for a free 1/2 hour consultation
session, where we can go over your specific needs/desires, as well as any possible health concerns you may have. After that,
Romans Fitness will create a program designed to help you accomplish your goals.
Q: What are your certifications/qualifications?
Matthew
is a certified conditioning specialist(CCS)and is certified through NSPA(national strength professionals association) and
through ACE(American Council on Exercise). Matthew has just recently been certified a level one Super Slow instructor( possibly
the most thorough and rigorous National Certification program).
James is a certified
sports nutritionist, performance enhancement specialist, and conditioning specialist. He
has over ten years experience in health/fitness, physical education, and coaching. James has a master’s degree in Exercise
Science (specializing in performance enhancement and injury prevention) from California University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s
of science degree in kinesiology (the study of the anatomy, physiology, and mechanics of body movement) from Salisbury University. James
is currently an elementary physical education teacher in Montgomery County, MD. While in college, James played four seasons
of varsity football. James formerly coached high school football and basketball in Montgomery County. James’
certifications include:

Q: What about my fitness level?
Romans
Fitness will design a specific program around your fitness level and experience. Whatever your current state is, Romans Fitness
has the experience and strategies to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Q: Where do you train your clients?
Romans Fitness does in-home training sessions, in the comfort of your own home. Romans Fitness can train at
many local fitness facilities through the Washington Metro area.
Q: How much time do I have to commit?
Romans Fitness can help you achieve results with one to two weekly workouts. Romans Fitness offers hour long
sessions as well as time saving 1/2 hour sessions. Plus, when you buy training sessions in bulk, your price per session decreases
